Distance from the O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to the venue is 23.1 miles.
Distance from the Midway International Airport (MDW) to the venue is 29.4 miles.
No Shuttle Bus is available from the airport.

3. Where do we find hotel check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in and check-out timing are standard. Usually, the Check-In: 3PM and Check-Out: 12 Noon. If you are expecting different time, please contact with your registration confirmation to hospitality@thirukkuralconference.org

4. Are there hotels close to the venue for direct booking by the guests on their own?
Not available at this time

5. What is the availability of parking at the venue?
The facility provides FREE parking for all the guests

6. What meal plan is included with the registration?
Registration includes lunch and dinner for Saturday and lunch for Sunday. Individual meal plan coupons will be provided during check-in.

7. Is breakfast included in the room rent?
Breakfast is available only for the guests staying in the hotel and Hotel registration done via thirukkurral registration portal.

8. Is Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner provided at the venue?
Lunch/ Dinner will be provided at the venue for registered participants only. Registered participants will be provided with coupons during check-in. Arrangements are being explored to serve Fixed Breakfast at a nominal cost at the venue. Please check on arrival. Serving of breakfast would be stopped thirty minutes before the start of the morning programs daily.

9. When and where is the Star Night/Welcome event?
Star Night will be held on Friday, April 5th from 7PM onwards. Admission to Start Night event is only for Donors.

10. Can you list some of the Chicago Attractions?
Thiruvalluvar Statue at Schaumburg, IL, The Bean (Cloud Gate), Millennium Park, Chicago River Architecture Tour, Willis Tower, Top Chicago Attractions

11. I have registered for the conference. I want to include additional members, but the system is not allowing it. What are the options available to include additional members?

The system does not allow modification or addition of any new members. The options to purchase additional tickets are: (1) Use another email address to register and purchase tickets. (2) Do an offline payment via Zelle and send the confirmation email with the attendees to support@thirukkuralconference.org. Our support team will process the additional ticket offline and send the confirmation to you.

12. What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of an unavoidable circumstance necessitating ticket cancellation, refunds for admission and food tickets can be obtained in accordance with the refund policy outlined below. Refund will be processed post the event as part of account settlement for the event expenses.

ICT Event Tickets: Refunds for ICT Event tickets (excluding transaction charges) are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the event start date and time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event start date. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

ICT Event Food Tickets: Refunds for ICT Event Food tickets (excluding transaction charges) are applicable only if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the event start date and time. This policy is due to food orders being placed with vendors three days in advance. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the event start date. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

ICT Event Hotel Reservation: All ICT event hotel reservations are considered final and non-refundable.
